01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jl06", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the jl06.cam platform, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator duly authorized to offer online casino and sports betting services in the Philippines.
• "Platform" refers to the website accessible at jl06.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, software, and services operated by jl06.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jl06 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any Game or promotion offered by jl06, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl06. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform and must not register or maintain an Account with jl06.

These Terms are available in English, which is the authoritative and binding version. Any translations provided are for convenience only and shall not be used to interpret or construe these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

03 Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the jl06 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling under Philippine law;
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
3. You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable law at the time of your use;
4. You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jl06 or any gaming regulatory authority, including PAGCOR;
5. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, including another individual who may be prohibited from using gaming services;
6. You have not previously been permanently excluded from jl06 or had an Account terminated for violations of these Terms.

jl06 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the age and identity of all Players. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. Failure to complete satisfactory age and identity verification within the timeframe requested by jl06 may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

04 Account Registration and KYC

To access real-money Games and financial features on the jl06 Platform, you must register a single Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the jl06 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or using third-party identities, is strictly prohibited. jl06 reserves the right to close all associated duplicate Accounts, void any winnings, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

jl06 may additionally request proof of address, source of funds documentation, or other supporting materials in accordance with its AML obligations. Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe constitutes grounds for Account suspension and withdrawal restriction.

05 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your jl06 Account that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, particularly when accessing your Account from new devices;
• Log out of your Account after each session when using shared or public devices;
• Notify jl06 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

jl06 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account credentials shall be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have reported a breach to jl06 prior to the relevant activity occurring.

06 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: jl06 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and 7-Eleven payment channels. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice. jl06 does not accept deposits from third parties – all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during operational hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours, subject to interbank processing times beyond jl06's control.

jl06 reserves the right to:

• Request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML laws;
• Delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms;
• Require that withdrawal funds be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.

jl06 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions are outside jl06's control and are the Player's responsibility.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

jl06 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• jl06 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players who jl06 reasonably determines are abusing bonus offers – through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple Accounts, or other exploitative practices – may have their bonuses voided and their Accounts suspended;
• Bonuses are awarded in good faith for entertainment purposes and do not constitute a financial obligation or entitlement.

Players are encouraged to read the individual terms of each promotion before opting in. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

08 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All Games offered on the jl06 Platform are subject to the specific rules of each Game as displayed within the Game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any Game before placing real-money wagers.

jl06's RNG-based Games use independently certified random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 09 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering multiple Accounts or providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;

• Using another individual's identity, payment method, or Account credentials without their explicit authorization;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine AML laws or PAGCOR regulations;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform employees to manipulate Game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any Game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits after funds have been used for gambling;
• Posting, transmitting, or promoting illegal, defamatory, or harmful content through any jl06 communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the jl06 Platform and its content – including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, game content, text, trademarks, logos, and database rights – are owned by or licensed to jl06. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or license to any intellectual property of jl06 beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jl06 Platform without the prior express written consent of jl06. Any unauthorized use of jl06 intellectual property may constitute an infringement under Philippine intellectual property laws and may result in civil or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jl06's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount of deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

jl06 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or factors outside jl06's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the security of your Account credentials;
• The legality or tax treatment of gambling activity in your jurisdiction – this is your sole responsibility;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl06's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

jl06 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players on the Platform. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. jl06 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible directly from your Account settings without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account;

13 Account Suspension and Termination

jl06 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific rules;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of Philippine AML laws;
• Confirmed or suspected use of automated software, bots, or exploitative tools;
• Chargebacks initiated against jl06 by the Player or their payment provider;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• At the Player's own request for Account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination for cause, jl06 reserves the right to void any pending Bonuses and withhold Funds pending investigation. If no breach is established following investigation, any legitimate Funds remaining will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Account closures requested voluntarily by Players will be processed with remaining Funds returned after standard verification checks.

14 Disputes and Complaints

jl06 is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your jl06 experience, you should follow the process below:

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. jl06 and the Player each irrevocably waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in Philippine courts and any objection that such courts are an inconvenient forum.

jl06 operates under a license granted by PAGCOR and is subject to all applicable PAGCOR rules, directives, and regulations as amended from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any mandatory provision of PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law, the applicable PAGCOR regulation or Philippine law shall prevail.

16 Amendments to These Terms

jl06 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed in the page header.

Where jl06 considers a modification to be material – such as changes to eligibility requirements, financial terms, or dispute resolution procedures – jl06 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file. However, it remains your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of and agree to any changes.

Your continued use of the jl06 Platform, including logging in to your Account or placing a wager, following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
